These checkups may interfere with there work schedule, hence their employees need to be understanding and provide a flexible work schedule. Some of these returning service membersââ¬â¢ maybe amputees. It means that wherever they seek employment should provide them with handicap parking, lifts, and easy access to their workplace. It is also important to note that these service members normally face a frustrating time when seeking for their benefits and treatment.
